Welcome to Blue Divine Yoga & Pilates
Join me for yoga or Pilates or both. I share space with my chiropractor Dr. William Beasley of Coastline Spine Chiropractic & Rehab located on Highway 16 in St. Augustine across from the Publix.
What You Will Experience
We will discuss your goals and together create a plan to aid you in finding a connection within. The space is a calm and welcoming environment. You can intentionally treat your body with movement and strength and your mind with grace and self-regulation.
